The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has acknowledged an Indiana dealer’s cooperation in conducting straw purchases at the direction of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

In another of the ongoing actions to destroy our second amendment rights from the Obama regime, we have an Inspector General’s report on yet another Fast & Furious type action with weapons, only this time it is, hand grenades that were provided to Mexican drug cartels.

Here is the statement from the Inspector General:

The inspector general’s report found parallels between the investigation into Jean Baptiste Kingery by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and “Operation Fast and Furious,” an ATF gun-running operation along the Southwest border that relied on flawed tactics and became a political firestorm for the Justice Department. Those similarities include poor supervision, weak oversight and a failure “to take or insist on overt enforcement action against the subjects of the investigations.”

“Our reviews of both cases concluded that, in failing to act, they did not adequately consider the risk to public safety in the United States and Mexico created by the subjects’ illegal activities,” the report states.

This is what in fact our feckless tyrant Obama had done by supplying Mexican drug cartels and narco-terrorists with weapons:

In addition to Fast & Furious, there is evidence suggesting the existence of other cartel-supplying gun smuggling operations in Florida, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and California, plus the Kingergy grenade component smuggling case, and an internal effort to increase violent crime in the midwest by supplying weapons to Chicago gangs, dubbed Gangwalker.

Some are concerned that in excess of 20,000 firearms—primarily the sort of semi-automatic rifles and pistols that the Obama Administration wants to ban—were used as part of an intentional effort by the Administration to manufacture crime with specific weapons in order to push for gun control laws.

There have been no firings nor charges brought against any of the ATF, FBI, or DOJ officials and agents responsibly for supplying enough firepower to narco-terrorists to equip an army infantry division.

Attorney General Eric Holder became the first sitting cabinet member in American history to be held in criminal contempt of Congress due to his stonewalling of the investigation into operation Fast and Furious.

Judicial Watch has recently obtained documentation that suggests that Holder intentionally lied to Congress.

Holder announced his resignation within 48 hours of Judicial Watch winning access to Fast & Furious documentation that the Obama Administration tried to protect.

It is through by many that the Fast & Furious gun-smuggling plot and cover-up consists of criminal behavior that goes all the way to the Oval Office.

Now that the issue has been framed let’s try to discern whether any legitimate law enforcement purposes has come out of any of the Fast & Furious type scandals, and if in fact there was a purpose of these acts. What we have seen is that we have not had prosecutions of criminals in this matter other than harassing the legal firearms retailers in an effort to silence them for their part in the federal operation to arm a criminal enterprise(s) in Mexico.

We only have one prosecution so far over the Fast & Furious gun running scheme a Manuel Osorio-Arllanes for the shooting death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry that kicked off the entire scandal. None of the straw purchasers have been prosecuted nor has many of the weapons been recovered, and has been called a failed effort by an Inspector General’s report since the possibility of linking the drug kingpins to the weapons was impossible. Meaning the reason for this illegal activity was much different than what Eric Holder has admitted to.

Now that we have discussed Operation Gangwalker another Fast & Furious type operation that was in operation to provide weapons to Chicago and has fueled many of the murders that this city is infamous for.

Clearly the Obama regime has used these operations to politically fuel a gun control agenda and has allowed and supplied weapons to known criminals and criminal enterprises to create a climate of public sentiment to allow more gun control to be pressed on our citizens. He has failed in this regard, though not before bringing the deaths to many innocent victims.

It is simply Democide, which is the intentional cause of death by government, he has also allowed this to happen through his illegal alien nation packing scheme which causing the deaths to aliens, citizens and our nations children through disease and the waiver of our public health laws and leaving our nation ill prepared for the Ebola epidemic.

To reiterate the facts in this matter our government has been used against the American people on so many levels and has deliberately caused the deaths of our people for political means to destroy this nation’s Constitutionally restrained government to create a one party fascist State. This is treason by a domestic enemy and Obama and his lieutenants need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for these deliberate and malevolent acts against this nation’s people.
